The Petz Pack thoroughly vets its hosts. All hosts go through a personal interview, home and yard inspection and aggression screening on their dogs. Combined with 24 hour emergency support from Petz Main, we eliminate the risk of the act alone pet sitter.

A friend recommended Petz Pack to us, and we were able to book with Mike last minute. Our pup prefers being in the comfort of a home and would be stressed in a kennel environment, so we are extremely thankful to have found Mike and Petz Pack! Mike was quick/easy to communicate with and took great care of Milo. We now plan to use them any time we need to board!

Feeling blessed to have found Petz pack , Mike took such good care of our fur baby Lola . Lola does not like to be crated and loves the comfort of a home , she would hate regular boarding in kennels . Much preferred to boarding with the vet
We are so glad we’re started boarding with Mike and Melissa. Traveling is so much more enjoyable knowing our pups are in their professional care. Rocco is always very excited when he gets to visit and Jovi (our old girl) comes back relaxed and healthy.
Friendly Boarding
For the past five years I have taken our labradoodle to Mike and Melissa every time we go out of town. I do not have the anxiety of leaving her because I know Mike and Melissa love and take care of her as if she was their own. They provided pictures throughout my absence to show me what a good time she is having. I highly recommend Mike and Melissa for your boarding.

We couldn’t be happier with our Petz aexperience! As pet parents, we were a little (okay a lot) anxious about boarding Maddie for the first time. We visited several kennels before making our decision to go with Petz a. While the other kennels were well rated and perfectly adequate, we felt like we’d be leaving Maddie in jail. We’re thrilled that we found Petz a! Mike was meticulous about details of Maddie’s habits to make her stay a good one. The home environment was perfect, she made new puppy friends and came home and happy girl. We highly recommend Petz Pack!
Layla never wants to leave!
I have a pit bull so naturally I was always a little nervous to board her because I wanted her to be treated with love, care, and no stigma. Petz pack was recommended to me and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Mike Cox makes sure to send photo updates and always treats Layla like he is her own. She doesn’t even look back when I drop her off and she usually pouts in the car when I pick her up! I will only ever use Petz Pack for my boarding needs to take care of my pups.
Great Boarding Service
I’ve been using Petz Pack on and off for about 5 years now. Mike and Melissa have always made me feel better, less guilty, about boarding my dog when I’m traveling. I feel pretty confident they care for him very well because he always goes to their door and walks right in their house. My pup doesn’t like the vet or the groomer. He knows where he’ll be treated with care and fun! Thanks for providing a boarding service that is less like a prison!

“I discovered Petz Pack over a year ago and after this most recent experience, I will never board my dogs anywhere else. My husband had to have emergency surgery last week and when I emailed the owner in a panic to see if I could get a last minute reservation, Melissa called me within minutes to reassure me that everything would be taken care of and I heard from Courtney Lee at Bankhead shortly thereafter. Courtney is amazing and I can tell from the daily updates that my pups are having a blast while being well cared for. My job unexpectantly sent me out of town for a month which placed me in panic mode!! I did not have a clue where my babies (Asher and Bella) would stay for such a long time. I prayed to God and asked Him to help me find a place where my babies would be treated as I would treat them, and the Lord used Jessica from Savvy Dog Salon to lead me to Petz Pack!! Mike and Melissa loved my babies as if they were their own, thus Asher and Bella never got to experience the pain of sleeping on a cold concrete floor, for which I am thankful! I will only allow Mike and Melissa to keep my babies as they have a true love for my dogs 🙂 I pray many more blessings upon their business!!!

Tilly's Home Away From Home
Tilly is our special Baby. She was a rescue and has some separation issues and Mike & Melissa have cared for her as if she were theirs for the past 4 years. Such peace of mind to leave her where we know she is loved. So thankful for them!
Rocket Love
We’ve been taking our golden doodle, Rocket, to Petz Pack for 2 years. When we drop Rocket off at Mike Cox’s house Rocket he is so excited to see Mike and when we pick him up he’s still so happy! It makes taking a vacation without Rocket easier knowing he’s being loved and having a lot of fun. It’s clear that they love the dogs and take good care of them! I have recommended them to friends and I will continue to do so.

We left or puppy for nine days and she had a blast ?
The owner sent us photos of her playing throughout the trip, which was really nice. We were able to enjoy our trip and relax without worrying!

Perfect Home for My Furbaby
I am so grateful for Mike and Melissa Cox for opening their home and their hearts to my sweet pup, Cara. I have used other boarding locations with previous dogs and I always felt guilty because they didn’t seem to enjoy it and were nervous to go back. On the contrary, Cara is so excited to see Mike and loves to be ‘at home’ with the other sweet dogs in the Cox’s home. She definitely enjoys being spoiled by them and I can leave town guilt-free.
