Courtney is the best we have ever boarded with
We love Courtney, she is so good with our Greta and we are going to board our spoiled pup Sophie with her soon. We know she will do great with her also. We will only board with Courtney as long as she is available. She is so gentle and kind with them.

We have been taking our two greyhounds to Courtney at Bankhead for a few years now, and we can always rest easy knowing they’re in such capable hands. Greyhounds have their weird quirks, and ours tend to get nervous when in a new environment, but they are always excited when they know they are going to Courtney’s! We’ve left the greyhounds with Courney for a couple nights to over three weeks at a time, and each time she goes above and beyond with their care. She is very kind and gentle, knowledgeable about dog behavior, and the dogs love her! We can’t recommend Courtney enough.

We love that we can go away and rest assured our Jaxson will be loved and cared for just as if he were home with us. We have an anxious pup and Courtney works well with taking care of his needs. We love the updates we get assuring us he is happy and having a good time. We would and HAVE recommended Courtney to others.

Courtney is fantastic! Our pups have stayed with her on two different occasions. The first was for a long weekend but the second was a 16 day family vacation. She has a clear understanding of dog behavior and quickly made our pups feel comfortable. I was so worried about leaving them for such a long time but her daily pictures, videos, and texts were tremendously reassuring! My dogs were clearly happy to see her on our return visit. We will always book with her in the future and recommend her to our friends!

I strongly recommend Courtney Lee at the Bankhead location. Wonderful backyard for play time and super clean house for inside play (my dogs probably messed it up). She is the best at sending photos and videos every day. I think Emma and Luke had an absolute ball and we will definitely use her again!

It’s obvious when you first meet them that Courtney and Patrick love ❤️ animals. I mostly leave my pups for daycare, but recently left them with Courtney for 2 nights. Normally, I would not be able to enjoy my time away because I would be so worried about my fur babies. They love human interaction and would not be happy in a kennel. They are treated like royalty at Courtney’s – sleeping in bed, playing all day. Courtney even bathed them (after checking with us) before we picked them up. So so nice. Although I am a little insecure that they like her more than us, lol, it’s just makes going away a lot easier. I may even plan a longer vacation, which I have hesitated doing since I had the dogs, and not worry about anything. I know they will be in good hands with the utmost care and love. Courtney kept my two dogs in December for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Like many pet parents, I am very protective of my children and was nervous about leaving them with someone new. One of my dogs is deaf and the other is a puppy who can be a handful, to say the least. Courtney kept in contact with me throughout my trip. She sent pictures and videos and I could immediately see that my dogs were happy and being well taken care of. I was able to focus on the task I needed to accomplish while out of town, without worrying about their well being. Thank you Courtney, for taking such good care of the little crazy loves of my life!

Charley spent 3 nights recently with Courtney at Bankhead. Since this was Charley’s first time to stay overnight at this location, we were wondering how she was getting along. I’ve used Petz Pack for years – with three different hosts – each has been fantastic, but there is something truly special about Courtney. My dog, Pumpkin, bounds into Courtney’s house is so very, very happy to be with her. Courtney kept me updated on my trip with multiple photos and videos – it was such a comforting experience. We take our puppy, OllyPop to see Courtney/Bankhead on a regular basis. No fear at all leaving him! He gets so excited when he knows he’s going to see her! We love that she sends videos and updates every day and truly cares about him. I’m sure the other locations Are also good, but I absolutely love every experience we’ve ever had at Bankhead!

“When Charley hears that she’s going to spend the day (or sleepover) with Courtney at Bankhead her little stub of a tail starts to wagging and just won’t stop! She’s always so excited because she knows she’s going to get lots and lots of love and attention. We receive photos and videos almost every day showing all the fun she’s having, especially chasing bubbles. I used to feel guilty whenever I had to board Charley at the vet’s office even though we reserved one of the special themed rooms. That’s a thing of the past and has been for three years. Charley has stayed at other Petz Pack locations and has had great care at all of them — but Bankhead is so special, the next best thing to home, maybe even better. Thank you, Courtney, for giving Charley so much love! It’s obvious how much you care for all the furry babies you watch over.”

I have lots of good things to say about Courtney Lee (Bankhead Place)…My two dogs have been happy to see Courtney, come home happy and look engaged and happy in the photos and clips Courtney sends out. We left our 2-year old yorkie, Matty, with Courtney for three nights. We were concerned initially because he would be around larger dogs. The daily photos we received put us at ease and allowed us to enjoy a vacation with family. We feel like Courtney gave him the love and special attention that he gets from us. “I met Courtney a week or so before we left our Shitzu Greta with her. I was very impressed by her enthusiasm and her home and personality. She seemed like a very sweet and caring person and I immediately felt comfortable with her and felt sure Greta would be in good hands with her in her home.
We only needed her for one night and even though leaving Greta was like leaving my child, I felt good about it at the time. She sent videos and pictures during our time away and though Greta is a very nervous dog she seemed very comfortable in the videos. Courtney was quick to answer when I inquired as to how she was doing. Probably too many times for a short stay. But it helped feel good about leaving her.
We will definitely be using her to care for Greta again. Now that we have found someone who will care for her as we do, we can travel more and feel good about where she is . I highly recommend Courtney at Bankhead. “

I am so super grateful for Courtney and the outstanding care she provided to Mordecai AND the daily communications she gave to me on him. She always responded to my questions quickly too! Every day she sent me word on him, how he was doing, questions about him, and fantastic photo collages of him from each day. She clearly paid attention to him and to his behaviors as evidenced in her communications with me. Her caring and desire to get to know him was so so appreciated. I LOVE HER! We always hate to leave Miss Terra, and especially because this trip was almost 2 weeks long. Courtney sent us many updates and pictures of a very happy pup! We liked the relaxed atmosphere in her home and her warmth. We would definitly leave Terra there again!!!
